Please read prior to ordering and send a message if there are any questions:

  • We now accept either PayPal or Stripe for payment. Please do not send cash, concealed or otherwise. Orders will only be shipped to the verified shipping address provided on PayPal or Stripe. 
  • Payment is only accepted in US Dollars.
  • In order to help cover the ever-increasing costs of safely and securely shipping your Lego, a modest packaging/handling fee is charged in addition to actual shipping cost. More details found in my Shipping Policy.
  • Sorry, local pickup or in-person delivery is not available at this time.
  • We provide a shipment method to accommodate most timeframe needs and budgets. Requests outside of what we normally provide will be done at the buyer's expense and on an individual basis.
  • Buyers located outside the US are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, and tariffs. Items shipped outside of the US will be marked as 'Merchandise', described as 'Plastic Toys' and additional details as needed, with the actual amount paid for the product on the customs form. We will NOT mark a purchase as 'gift' or otherwise falsify customs documents.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated, or destroyed mail, nor are we responsible for non-receipt of an order. For shipping methods where insurance is not included, insurance is optional and must purchased prior to your order being shipped. A shipment cannot be insured after the fact. Insurance is required for shipments outside of the US (where and when available).
  • We will make every effort to resolve problems as they arise, typically by way of refund or replacement (when possible). Please do not use feedback as a method to express concerns. Instead, please message us to resolve the issue.
  • Returns are not accepted. However, if what you receive is not exactly what you expected, PLEASE let us know prior to leaving feedback. We will make every effort to make things right for you!
  • Appropriate feedback is left for all buyers, usually within 48 hours of payment being received.
  • PLEASE do not place orders (hit submit) that you do not intend to pay for! Buyers who place orders that are not paid for within 5 business days of being invoiced with a grand total including shipping will be left appropriate feedback and a non-payment report will be filed.
  • In the absence of an automated checkout option, please do not send payment until you receive an invoice with a grand total, including shipping charges.
  • Invoices are typically sent within 24-48 busness hours of your order being placed.
  • Checkout is enabled once a $5 minimum buy is met in the shopping cart. 
  • Messages are typically answered within 24-48 business hours.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days (M-F) of receipt of payment. We will reach out via the BrickOwl messaging system if any delay is anticipated.
  • Business hours for messages being read, invoices being generated, and orders being shipped are typically Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Time.

 

  • Regarding Parts Condition:

    • "NEW" = parts or sets that have been pulled from, or are still part of a Lego factory-sealed box or bag. While parts in this condition are described as "NEW", keep in mind that these parts have likely been in a bag or box with other new Lego parts, and could possibly have some minor scuffs or scratches as a result. Color variations in new parts are inherent to Lego's manufacturing process, and as such, we are not responsible for these variations.

      • We follow the general rule that "new" means "never attached to another part" with the one exception being that minifigures may be shipped either assembled or disassembled. 
    • "USED" = parts that have been sourced by any other method than what is described as "NEW".
      • Every attempt is made to properly describe each and every part where condition is concerned. For example; if a minifigure's legs are excessively loose, or a part with a decal is peeling slightly, we will make note of this in the lot's description. Please be aware that condition is subjective, and especially with older parts, very mild issues may not be disclosed.
      • Every attempt is made to properly catalog each and every part where color is concerned. Especially with older parts, fading and discoloration is not only possible, but likely in some cases. In obvious cases, this will be noted in the lot's description, but many times we simply do not sell parts that are significantly discolored or faded.
      • Unless classified as "new", used minifigures are typically sold without accessories such as weapons, blasters, wands, lightsabers, etc. These can be found being sold seperately.
        • Some minifigures are an exception to this; for example, "Aquaraider Diver 2 with Black Flippers", where the flippers, helmet, air tank and visor would be included (as pictured). The harpoon would not be included, however. If any accessories are included, this will be denoted in comments.
